Thomas Johns, founder of Root Signa, is an experienced leader, software developer, and entrepreneur. As an Air Force veteran, Thomas accredits his time in the service to the backbone of his leadership skills and core values he has today. These leadership skills transferred over during his years at BriteCore as he led and managed several teams. 

Thomas has been the last stop for help in many places both in programming and previously helicopter flight systems. With many years of his career in software support, including critical software triage, he understands the client’s need of delivering projects in a timely manner, and how to break complex problems down into manageable steps. He is level-headed, even in the most stressful of environments, and is eager to find the best solution to any situation. This allows him to be a valued resource to ensure you receive the desired outcome your company needs.
